Before joining the brokerage side, I served as President of tenants associations at landmark locations including AT&T World Headquarters (NY), Sony Plaza (NYC), and Herald Center (Herald Square), where I gained firsthand experience identifying high-value tenants, negotiating leases, and managing the marketing and operations of retail businesses. This operational insight informs my ability to create value for landlords, tenants, and investors alike.
