Russell Detres

Russell Detres brings over 15 years of diversified real estate experience with a strong concentration in commercial brokerage, development, and leasing strategy. Russell has quickly established himself as a key advisor for tenants, landlords, and investors throughout Westchester and the New York metro area. His work spans industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use assets, with a reputation for high-touch service and creative dealmaking.
Russell has worked from Fairfield County to Manhattan working alongside top developers, gaining hands-on experience in ground-up construction, adaptive reuse, property management, leasing, and sales. He led commercial leasing and sales for a prominent co-working and event space operator—an experience that refined his deal execution skills and deepened his understanding of evolving workplace and retail trends.
Returning to Westchester, Russell leverages his big-city background, extensive network, and local market expertise to guide clients through complex transactions.
Outside of real estate, Russell remains active in his community, supporting youth basketball programs and volunteering with USTA tennis. He is a licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a BA in Communications and Economics. In his downtime, he enjoys tennis, golf, family time, and his loyal dogs.
